Bristol Woods is a 110-home covenant-protected neighborhood in unincorporated Kennesaw, GA. Our website was created to provide residents with up-to-date information on events, resources, and procedures for home improvements and changes and to provide prospective home buyers and realtors with handy resources and information. Our police protection is provided by the Cobb County Police Department, Precinct 1, on Cobb Parkway.
Beginning in 1993, Pulte Homes constructed the first homes in Bristol Woods which are located on Masonwood and Spicewood lanes. Our first residents purchased their homes in late ’93 and early ’94 and some of them are still with us! The remaining homes were completed by the late ‘90s. We are proud to be an official Neighborhood Watch community and we are continuing to build and organize our safety programs. We strongly encourage our homeowners' participation and support. We also support and participate in another important safety program endorsed by local law enforcement called nextdoor.com. Please sign up for the Bristol Woods group to receive and contribute useful safety information.
Our active HOA Board meets regularly and provides opportunities for residents to serve as officers, board members, and committee chairs. Membership in the Bristol Woods HOA is required of all homeowners.
The annual meeting is held each June. Annual HOA dues are used for improvements, special projects and events, and general operations including liability insurance, upkeep of the entrance areas, and utilities.
We hope to see you at a future meeting, an entrance way spruce-up party on a spring or fall Saturday morning, or just out-and-about for an evening walk!
